IN LOVING MEMORY OF
John J.
Kieley Iii
March 15, 2024
John J. Kieley III, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2024. He was the son of the late John J Kieley Jr., and Barbara F. (Weibley) Kieley.
Born in Lancaster Pa, and a graduate of Lampeter Strasburg, Jay went on to earn his associates degree. He was a previous chef at the Lancaster Tennis and Yacht Club, and continued his work career at Lancaster General Hospital in security for the last 15 years.
Jay was the proud owner of JJ Kieley catering, where he shared his culinary talents with many! He was a member of several clubs, including the Riverside, Rainmakers association, and then VFW in Knoxville Pennsylvania.
Jay's true love was being at his property in New York with his boys. His passion was hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He loved the Buffalo Bills, Miller lite, and great food. Jay cherished his family and friendships, and was always there to lend a helping hand!
He will be deeply missed by his mother Barbara, sons John and Hunter, sister Michelle Flint, and all those that were fortunate enough to meet him.
Friends and family are invited to a time of sharing and a celebration of Jay's life on Saturday, April 6, 2024 beginning at 11A.M. at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, Pa., 17584. A visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 11 AM prior to the time of sharing. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
