Obituary

"The love of my life, my best friend, my hero, lost his life to pancreatic cancer of Sunday, October 4, 2009". He left behind his wife, Lorraine Coldren, and beloved dogs, Rufus and Bitz. He is also survived by his parents Mary and John Coldren; and his brother Robert Coldren. He was predeceased by his sister, Janet Fitzkee-Miller. He was last employed by Lititz Planing Mill and previously worked for Howmet-Alumax-Alcoa. John was the president of the Flyin' Dutchmen Vans. Always a "vanner", John loved working on his custom vans, especially his latest, "Plum Loco". John truly loved his family of fellow "vanners". The family wishes to thank all of you for you love, prayers, and support.

Services and interment will be private. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603.
