Joanne E. Lausch, 83, of Lititz, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center, Lebanon. Born in Lititz, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Anna (Snyder) Hackman. She was the loving wife of Gary Dillman Lausch, with whom she celebrated over 63 years of marriage. A 1953 graduate of Lititz High School, Joanne was a homemaker, but worked briefly for Wagaman's Printing Company and Gerhart's 5 & 10. She was an avid reader, who loved to read books by her favorite author, Mary Higgins Clark and loved to do counted cross stitch until dementia took that away from her. She loved her cats, Willow and Rusty. Joanne will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. In addition to her husband, Joanne is survived by her son, Gary David, husband of Sandy (Royer), of Lititz and a daughter, Susie, of Lititz, a brother John "Jack" Hackman, husband of Donna, of Lititz; 2 grandchildren: Michael, husband of Aimee, and Jeffrey; and 3 great-grandchildren: Caden, Brady, and Ava. Joanne was preceded in death by her sister, Rosemary Gregory. Memorial Services for Joanne will be held at 11AM, Friday, March 2, 2018, at Spacht-Snyder Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 127 S. Broad St., Lititz, PA 17543. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joanne's name may be made to Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospice, 1503 Quentin Rd., Lebanon, PA 17042 or to Cedar Haven Healthcare Center, 590 S.
