Joanna M. Brommer, 76, passed away at her East Petersburg home on Sunday, October 30, 2016. She was the loving wife of Thomas P. Brommer for 55 years. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Annie Belle Graybill Horn.

A graduate of Manheim Township High School and then business school, Joanna worked for Lancaster Periodontal Associates. She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and the St. Anne-St. Neumann Seniors. Joanna enjoyed time with her family, drives through Pennsylvania farmland and her grand dogs.

In addition to her loving husband Tom, Joanna is survived by their three sons, Andrew J., husband of Kathleen of Cornwall, Steven T. Brommer at home and Nathan J. Brommer, husband of Denise of Landisville; grandsons Zachary M. Brommer and Seth A. Brommer; and her sisters Jane L. Brockman of Hillyard, OH and Lois A. Horn of Lancaster. Joanna was preceded in death by her sister Rita A. Hahn.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11 AM Friday, November 4, 2016 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church , with Msgr. Richard A. Youtz as Celebrant. Viewings will be held 6 to 8 PM, with the Holy Rosary at 7:30 PM, on Thursday at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA, and 10 to 11 AM on Friday at the Church. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John XXII Fund at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E. Delp Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.
