Joan A. Faulkner, 83, of Manheim, passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, Thursday, October 13, 2016. Born in Lansdale, Joan was the daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (Fleck) Scheeler. Joan was the loving and faithful wife of Ralph Faulkner, with whom she celebrated 64 years of marriage. Joan was a member for many years of the Central Schwenkfelder Church, Lansdale. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Priscilla Chapter, for 45 years, where she also had the privilege of serving as the Grand Matron. She was a dedicated homemaker who was very talented in quilting and loved to read. The most important part of her life was her family. In addition to her husband, Joan is survived by her daughters: Molly Reinhardt, wife of Mark, of Manheim and Wendy DiFrancesco, of Lansdale. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Matthew, Christopher, Kate, Robert, Thomas, and Sean and five great-grandchildren. Joan was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Scheeler.
