Joan E. Dunn, 71, of Denver, PA, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Ephrata Community Hospital.  Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Annette (Kruse) Dunn.

Joan was an artist and enjoyed oil painting and drawing.  She was also a great chef and loved life.

Joan is survived by her 6 children: Lillian, Mary, Joan, Allison, Lisa and Robert McManus; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Detz; and former husband, Albert McManus.

She is preceded in death by a brother, James Dunn.

A Catholic Burial will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 501 E. Orange Street, Lancaster, PA 17602, with Rev. Daniel Mitzel as Celebrant.  A viewing will held from 9-10:15AM on Wednesday at the Charles F.
