Jean M. Richelderfer, 70, of Mountville, PA passed away on Friday, September 06, 2013 at Hospice and Community Care, Mt. Joy. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Iva (Schoenberger) Burke. She was the wife of the late Leonard C. "Lenny" Richelderfer who passed away in 2010.

Jean was a hairdresser and owned and operated the former Mane Magic Salon in Lancaster for many years. She loved going to the beach in OCMD where she had a second home. Jean also enjoyed going to casinos and hoping to win big on the slot machines.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lancaster.

She is survived by her two daughters, Susan Leed, of Mountville, Lori Richelderfer, of Columbia, two step sons and one step daughter; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret "Peg" Miller, wife of Kenneth Miller and a brother, William "Bill" Burke, husband of Rosalyn.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11AM on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 440 St. Joseph St, Lancaster, PA with Msgr. Thomas H. Smith as Celebrant. A viewing will be held from 6-8PM with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 8PM on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster, PA. A second viewing will be held from 10-11AM at the church on Wednesday. Interment in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.
