Jayne L. Burns, 77, of Manheim passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Luther Acres in Lititz. Born in Sunbury, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Julia (Rogers) Hummel. She was married to Leonard A. Burns for over 58 years.

She worked as an administrative assistant for a local doctor's office for several years and later drove school bus and worked as a Pre-School aide for the Jerusalem Lutheran Church. Jayne volunteered for the Mount Joy Gift and Thrift Shop and the Volunteer Jubilee in Manheim.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three sons: Christopher Burns of Milton, DE, Eric Burns husband Kerri of Narvon, PA and Brice Burns of Lancaster, PA. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Nathaniel, Leah, Ethan, Brady and two great-grandchildren: sister, Julie Fetter, wife of Tom of Sunbury, PA. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Hummel.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will be private in Manheim Fairview Cemetery. Family and friends will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home on Friday.
