Jayant Barkley, 88, of Lancaster, passed away with his family by his side on July 2, 2018. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife; Usha Barkley, children; Anita Borsada and husband Cecil, Amita Sahu, M. Jonathan Barkley and wife Asha, and Sohan Joseph Barkley and wife Sonali. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Ankita, Aashish, Anuj, Aditi, Adam, Rohan, Suhani, Arlene, Saurav, and Rahul, one great-grandchild; Amyrah, and his sister Nalini Solanki. Services will be held Saturday July 7, 2018 at 11:00AM at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home located at 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA 17602. Guests will be received prior to the service starting at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
