Jaqueline M. Foster, 69, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Madison TN to Betty Jo (Morris) and Donald S Miller. She was the beloved wife to Robert Foster with whom she shared 46 years of marriage.

Jacki received her Bachelor's degree in secondary education from the University of Delaware. Jacki worked as a substitute teacher in the Octorara School District in Chester County PA. Later working full time as a preschool teacher at Curiosity Corner Childrens Academy in Parkesburg PA. Jacki and Bob enjoyed traveling. They spent many winters traveling to Florida and the Carolinas in their RV. Jacki loved warm weather and spending time by the water. Most of all Jacki cherished spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Jason Foster husband of Jill of Lancaster, Kelly Hohenwarter wife of Steve of Lancaster, and Jeff Foster husband of Shelby of Cochranville; 6 grandchildren: Madison, Adam, Jack, Tyler, Dakota and Paisley; her identical twin sister Beverly Erb wife of Eckert of Leola, several nieces and nephews as well as her beloved dog Cooper. She was preceded in death by her brother Terry Miller.
