Janice F. Herr, 77, of Mountville, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. She was the wife of the late Paul H. Herr, Jr., who passed away in 2016. Born in Cumberland, KY, she was the daughter of the late Homer Estep and the late Wanda Kitts Smallwood.

Janice had been a homemaker, and had driven school bus from 1976 to 1997 for the Manheim Township School District.

An exceptional cook and baker, Janice was known for her breakfasts, and with her Southern touch, her biscuits and gravy, and fried green apples, among other things. She enjoyed traveling to the beach and their family cabin in Clinton County. Janice was always well-dressed and she enjoyed clothes and fashion.

She is survived by her children: Cynthia L. married to Doug Stauffer of Harrisburg, Stephen P. married to Stacey Herr of Mountville, and Christy J. Herr-Scott of Mountville; her 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers.

Friends will be received by Janice's family on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 5-6PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA, with at Time of Sharing to follow at 6PM.
