Jan K. Marzec, 37, of 412 Long Meadow Drive, Lancaster, died January 5, 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Proszowice ,Poland , he was the son of Kazimiera Pszenioslo Marzec of Poland and the late Jan Marzec. Jan  was married 10 years to Wioletta Kotyza Marzec.

Mr. Marzec moved  to Lancaster in 1987 from Poland to make a better future for his family. He owned A to Z Cleaning Services in Lancaster. Jan was a very hard working man and was kind to everyone. He was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church.

Surviving besides his wife  and mother is a son, Daniel Marzec at home; and two brothers, Zbyszek Marzec of Poland and Greg Marzec of Ephrata.

Funeral services will be  held at St. John Neumann, 601 E. Delp Road, Lancaster, PA, on Monday at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held at the church prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
