James Kelly Rowland, 50, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on June 15, 2017. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Nancy Ann (Reese) Rowland and the late James Lloyd Rowland. Kelly was the loving husband of Ursula (Zink) Rowland to whom he was married for 26 years. Kelly was a 1985 graduate of Penn Manor High School. He later obtained his associates degree from the Lancaster Business Institute. He worked at Fulton Financial in the information technology department. Kelly enjoyed doing yardwork, which included caring for his flowers and garden. He also loved baseball and going to see the Barnstormers. In addition to his wife and mother, Kelly is survived by a teenage daughter, Allyson Rowland; and a brother, David Rowland. Friends will be received from 10-11 AM with a Memorial Service to begin at 11 AM on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Kelly will be laid to rest at Conestoga Memorial Park. Please omit flowers.
