James Meyers, 87, formerly of Clifton NJ, passed away after a short illness on December 6th, in Lancaster PA. James was born in Paterson NJ to the late William A. and Helen (Comiskey) Meyers. James was formerly a grinder operator at Passaic Rubber in Wayne until his retirement in 1998. He was preceded into eternal bliss and is now rejoined with Shirley Ann, his loving wife of 61 years. He is survived by his son, James Jr., 63 of Lancaster, and his dear brother Leonard and sister-in-law Georgeann of Manahawkin, NJ, in addition to numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. James was preceded in death by his son Randy Meyers in 2009. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. James will be laid to rest in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa NJ.
