James E. "Jim" Rosenthal, 80, of Lancaster passed away peacefully Monday, March 25, 2024. Born in Lancaster, PA he was the son of the late Eli and Arlene (Pinkerton) Rosenthal. He was the loving husband of Eleanor "Ellie" Rosenthal with whom he shared over 53 years of marriage.

He enjoyed his trips to Rehoboth Beach alongside his wife and enjoyed the time sitting together at their screened in porch alongside their cat, Miles.

Jim was a Christian who had a very strong faith in God.

He was the last of his immediate family. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian James Rosenthal and brother, Larry Rosenthal.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
