James "Zoom" C. Danz, 70, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on March 19, 2019 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Stanley and Minnie Danz.

He graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School in 1966. A veteran, he served in the US Army during Vietnam. Zoom retired as a Letter Carrier after 33 years of service with the Lancaster Post Office. He was a life member to many clubs in the area including the 8th Ward, Active Club, American Legion Post# 185, Mount Joy VFW, Germania Band Club and the Commercial Travelers. Zoom enjoyed golfing as well.

Surviving is a daughter, Andrea Hale, wife of Eric; 2 grandchildren: Kiersten and Zachary Hale; and 3 siblings: Ed Danz, Donald Danz and Cathy Pokopec.
