Jade entered the gates of heaven on June 7, 2022, chaperoned by her little brother C J, Uncle Hector, and baby cousin Alexander. She is survived by her loving mother, Darby Mattern, and father, Antonio Giannattasio of New Providence, as well as two little sisters, Tia and Michaela Grant, and brothers, Tyson and Antonio Jr.

Also surviving are her grandparents, Kim and Randy Miller, Herbert and Anne Mattern and Vito and Enidcintron. She leaves behind her aunts, Dusty Mendez "mom mom", Crystal Terry, Lyndsay Gall, Jaime "Wolf" and Laura; her uncles, Brad Mattern and Ben Terry; and so many loving cousins raised as siblings – Dominic, Darius, Haili, Kelvin, Jaevion, Gigi, Xzandre, Gage, Jordan and Ashlyn, along with too many friends to name.

Everyone that knew Jade loved her! She was happy with a coke slushy, a pickle, beef sticks, and a twirly for days. A notebook and black marker were always in Jade's plans. She could brighten anyone's day with a slap of a twirly as you walked by! She is loved beyond measure and will be missed beyond words.

Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, where a viewing will take place from 2 – 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jade's memory can be made to Hospice & Community Care, 625 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
