Jada Hope Velez, Infant daughter of Carlos Ramon Velez and Joanna M. Fleming of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, February 17 ^th , 2009 at Woman and Babies Hospital.

Surviving are her parents, six brothers and sisters, Edward L. Brackbill III, Brandon S. Fleming, Carlie N. Velez, Josiah C. Velez, Yan Carlos Velez, Jordan E. Wolferd all at home, Maternal grandparents, Ronald E and Karen Fleming of Lancaster, Concetta M. Fleming and Jeffery Good of Lancaster, Paternal grand parents, Ramon Velez and Rosa Lopez of Lancaster, Vilma L. Rivera of Puerto Rico, three Aunts, three Uncles, and five cousins, Maternal great grand parents, Rev. John R. and Margaret Fleming of Lancaster, Paternal Great Grand parents, Luz Sepulueda of Bronx N.Y. and Carlos Rivera of Puerto Rico.

A memorial service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home Inc. 414 East King Street, Lancaster, PA, 17602 on Thursday, February 26 ^th , 2009 at 11AM with Rev. John R.
