Jacqueline V. Vera-Castillo, 36, of Lancaster, passed away on Dec. 11, 2017 unexpectedly. Born in Lima, Peru, she was the daughter of Edinson Vera & Lydia Castillo-Vera. Jacqueline was the proud mother of Ayleen Maymi Vera; loving sister to Naty, Katerine & Ashley Vera. She will be missed by her aunt, July Castillo; cousins: Grecia & Karolay Aldave; and family & friends. Jacqueline loved her daughter and family. She enjoyed cooking, especially Sunday dinners for her family. She adored shopping with her daughter. Viewings will be held 4-6 PM on Sunday Dec. 17 and 9:30 – 10:30 AM on Monday, Dec. 18 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster, PA 17602. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM on Monday at San Juan Bautista Church, 425 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602. Jacqueline will be laid to rest at Conestoga Memorial Park.
