Jack E. Wendler, 83, of Mountville, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at home. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John Hatz and Luella Wendler. He was the loving husband of the late Ellen L. Wendler who passed away May 31, 2012. Jack worked for Armstrong World Industries for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his beloved dog, Bandit. He is survived by his son, Jeffry Wendler of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Jeffry II, Matthew, Amanda, Jason and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and six sisters. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from Millersville Mennonite Cemetery, 435 Manor Ave, Millersville, PA at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Dr, Lancaster, PA 17603.
