Jack E. Flick, 79, of Manheim, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2011 in the comfort of his daughter's home with his family.  Born in Smithville, PA, he was the son of the late Harry and Mariam (Glazier) Flick.  Jack was the husband of the late Frances (Wendel) Flick.

He retired in 1993 from Manheim Central as a History teacher.  A Veteran, he served during the Korean Conflict in the US Airforce.  He was a PIAA Softball Umpire for 26 years.  He also had 31 years of service with the Manheim Lions Holiday Wrestling Tournament.

Jack is survived by his daughter: Vicki Minney, wife of William, of Lititz; a brother, Richard Flick of Landisville; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son: Joseph Flick; 2 brothers: Robert and Harry Flick; and a sister: Patricia Flick.
