Iris M. Estevez, 70, of Lancaster passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013. Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic she was the daughter of the late Chocha and Matilda (Perez) Perez.

Iris was a homemaker for most of her life, devoting her life to raising her children. She was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her children: 3 daughters, Xiomara A. Estevez-Cahill, wife of Michael, of Fredericksburg, TX, Maria Estevez of NY, and Miguelina Estevez of Lancaster. 5 sons, Ramon, husband of Blanca of Tallahassee, FL, Miguel Estevez of Tampa, FL, David Estevez of Lancaster, and Anthony and Antoine Estevez of Lititz. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12 Noon (Viewing 11-12) on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at San Juan Batista Catholic Church, 425 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602. Interment will be private.
