Irene R. Keen, 72, of Willow Street, passed away on March 6, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster Mount Joy.

Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Cleon Keen in 2003.

She was formerly employed by the Lancaster City School District working in several school cafeterias.

She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia L. Heagy, wife of Kevin R., of Willow Street, a son, David A. Miller, of Lancaster, two granddaughters, Stacey Phillips and Stephanie Heagy, and three great grandchildren, three brothers, Ed Kowalski of Lancaster, Stan Kowalski of Manheim, and Hen Kowalski of Quarryville, and a sister, Dot Reynolds of Lancaster.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:30am at Riverview Burial Park 1100 S. Duke St. Lancaster, PA 17603.
