Ilene Barker Rosser, 93, of Willow Valley Communities, Lancaster, PA, died Thursday, June 12, 2014. Born in Detroit MI, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ingaber Mattson Barker. Her husband of 33 years William N. Rosser died in 2004.

She graduated from Pontiac Michigan High School and Detroit Bible College. Ilene was a secretary for G.M.C. Truck and Coach Division in Pontiac for 32 years. She enjoyed reading, travel and entertaining. She was a member of The Johns Hopkins Club and also Harvest Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, PA.

Ilene is survived by her stepdaughter Grace R., wife of Richard A. Bonney of Lewes, DE; 4 grandchildren: Deborah B. Hartsfield, E. Ann Zachman, R. Scott Bonney and Barbara H. Weber; 10 great-grandchildren and her brother Vernon F. Barker, Jr., husband of Gloria of Lancaster, PA. In addition to her husband William, Ilene was preceded in death by her stepdaughter Doris Jane Grabner and her brothers Leeland V. H. Barker and Clarence Barker, Jr.

Graveside services and interment will take place 11 AM, Monday June 23, 2014, at Druid Ridge Cemetery, 7900 Park Heights Ave., Pikesville, MD 21208, with Rev. William D. Massey officiating.
