Herman Green, 55, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013. Born in Kingstree, SC he was the son of the late Nathaniel and Mary (McClary) Green. He was married to Tammy (Preston) Green for 26 years.

He worked in the construction industry throughout most of his life. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Herman N. Green, husband of Jerona of Lancaster, two daughters, Tammy S. Green, MaDonna M. Green, both of York, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his eight siblings.
