Helen M. Baker, 95, of 205 Sundra Ave., Lancaster died Wednesday morning, October 11, 2006, at her residence.

She was a waitress at B.P.O. E. Post 134 for 17 years until retiring in 1980.  Prior to the Elks Club she worked at the Hotel Brunswick for 18 years.

She was a member of Happy Hours and Faith United Church of Christ.

Born in Paradise she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Reba Shanberger Waltman.

She was married to Harry N. Baker who died in 1986.

Surviving is a son, Donald J. Baker of Lancaster and a grandson, Stephen Baker.  She was preceded in death by one grandson, Roger Baker.

A funeral service will be held at Faith United Church of Christ, 1204 Wabank Rd., Lancaster, PA 17603 on Friday at 11:00am.  A viewing will be held on Friday at the church from 10:00am until time of service.  Interment in Riverview Burial Park.  In lieu of flowers contributions in Helen's memory may be made to the church.
