IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Hector
Rosado
November 26, 2024
Hector Rosado, 55, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Born in Lancaster to Paula Rosado and the late Ramon Rosado, Hector was a lifelong resident and a graduate of McCaskey High School.
Hector was a man of many talents. He had a passion for drawing and painting. Though deaf, Hector had a way of speaking volumes through his words, actions, expressions, and his ever-present sense of humor. A true prankster, he was always pulling pranks on his siblings. His contagious laugh made him the life of every party.
Hector loved music and dancing, feeling the vibrations through the speakers. He enjoyed bike rides with his close circle of friends and loved the bonds he shared with the deaf community. Above all, Hector was a devoted family man. He adored his children and grandchildren, always putting them first and doting on them with endless love. His beautiful soul touched everyone he met, leaving behind a legacy of joy, love, and laughter.
Hector is survived by his wife, Lisa Rosado, and his beloved children: Elizabeth Rosado, Hector Rosado Jr., Pablo Rosado, and Jamie Rosado. He also leaves behind his siblings: Francisco Rosado (Cynthia), Roberto Rosado (Clara), Margarita Mertz, Maria Raudabaugh, Teresa Maldonado (Jerry), Nancy Santiago (Luis), and Domingo Rosado (Barbara). Hector was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren and will be deeply missed by many extended family members, friends, and the deaf community.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ramon Rosado, and siblings Virginia, Lissett, and Ramonita.
