Harry H. Thompson, 97, of Christiana, who was a faithful servant of our Lord, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017. Born in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Charles David Thompson & Margaret (Thomas) Thompson. He was the husband of Naomi (Walter) Thompson. In addition to his wife, Naomi, he is survived by 3 children: Harry H. Thompson (Suzette), Harold Thompson (Jean) and Robert Thompson (Judy); 5 stepchildren: Charles Thomas Wegman (Michele), Kevin Walter Wegman (Mischelle), Janine Wegman Alkanowski (David), Victoria Anne Bennett and Richard Carlyle Bennett; numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen Thompson. A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Latta Memorial Presbyterian Church of Christiana, 23 Green St, Christiana, PA 17509. Family and Friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Brethren Church Cemetery, Quarryville, PA.
