Harold B. Ritter, 93, of Lancaster died Sunday evening, November 26, 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital.

He worked as a Maintenance Machinist for RCA for 35 years until retiring in 1978.

Born in Lancaster he was the son of Roy Ritter and stepson of Jenny Ritter.

He was married, May 7, 1970, to Sarah E. Eberle Ritter.  His first wife, Beatrice C. Ritter died on August 9, 1969.

Surviving are two sons; Robert B. married to Dorothy Ritter of Lancaster; Roy William married to Sharon Bechtold of Mountville; two daughters; Sandra L. Henny of East Petersburg; Vanessa A. married to Peter Fleming of Lititz; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth.

Funeral services will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St., Lancaster on Friday at 12:00noon.  A viewing will be held from 11:00am until time of service.  Interment in Riverview Burial Park.  In lieu of flowers contributions in Harold's memory may be made to Hospice of Lancaster County, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
