Obituary

Glen R. Miller, 68, of Lancaster, passed away at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy, on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA on February 7, 1949, Glen was the son of Helen G. (Fitch) Miller. He was the husband of the late Louise (McMichael) Miller, who died in 2015. Glen was of the Baptist faith. He was passionate about playing softball and bowling with the "In-Laws". He enjoyed a variety of music, loved dancing to the Golden Oldies and was known for his "talent" with the tambourine. He was an avid fan of Philadelphia professional and collegiate sports. Glen enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren! Glen is survived by his son, Glen Miller, husband of Theresa, of Willow Grove; daughter, Natalie Bollard, wife of Keith, of Bensalem; step daughter Kristina M. O'Donnell, wife of Sean, of Lancaster; and step daughter, Kathleen Sebresos, wife of Wendell, of Las Vegas, NV; siblings: Lorraine Parker, Joyce Strawn, and Wayne Miller; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Glen was also preceded in death by his sister, Linda MacWilliams. Funeral Services for Glen will be held at 11AM, Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George St., Millersville, PA 17551. Family and friends will be received prior to the service from 10 to 11AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Columbia. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Glen's memory be made to Hospice & Community Care, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
