Glen A. Lausch, 65, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2014 at home. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of William Lausch and the late Merle (Bower) Lausch. Glen was the husband of Marjorie "Peggy" (Boroughs) Lausch. Together, they celebrated 31 years of marriage in December 2013.

Glen graduated from McCaskey High School. A veteran, he was proud to serve in the U.S. Army. He was a truck driver for Kerek and also PennDot. Glen was a fan of the Oakland Raiders and liked to play pinochle. He also loved to travel, especially to Hawaii.

In addition to his wife, Peggy, and his father, William, Glen is survived by his two children: Christopher Lausch, husband of Karen, and Dana Leinker, wife of William; four step-children: Brian Helm, husband of Missy, William Helm, Jr., husband of Kathy, Michael Helm and Kristal Daily; three grandchildren, thirteen step-grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Kim and Lynn.

He was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Shelly Metz, and two grandchildren.

Family and friends are welcomed to attend a Gathering in Remembering the Life of Glen from 4-6 PM on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
