Gladys Rosa Borrero, 76, of Lancaster, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. She was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico to the late Tito Rosa and Felipa Borrero. She lived at Conestoga View for 23 years.

Over the years Gladys worked with Playschool manufacturer as a production employee, housekeeping at Willow Hotel, for Norty brush manufacturer and lastly in housekeeping at Conestoga View.

Gladys was loved by all in her community. She loved to cook for others and her family, and she loved to make people laugh. Gladys attended Iglesia Catolica San Juan Baustita. A woman of faith who loved the word of God, her favorite scripture was Psalm 23.

Surviving Gladys are her six children, Wanda I. Saez, Orlando Saez, Richard Saez, Nancy Saez, Victor Figueroa, and Dalia David; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her two brothers, Saul and Raul, and her three sisters, Carmen, Brunilda, and Mayda.

A viewing will take place from 1 to 3 PM, Monday, August 29, 2022, at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 East King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602, followed by her burial in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
