Gladys Ruth Beam, 97, of Lititz, and formerly of Brownstown, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2023. Born in Talmage, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Nila Grace Imhoff. She was married 65 years to William H. Beam who passed in 2014.

Gladys loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed being in the outdoors and traveling and watching the wildlife. Gladys was on a bowling league for many years and continued her passion for bowling on the Wii at Luther Acres. She was also a former member of the Lioness Ladies in Talmage.

Gladys is survived by her 3 children: Leslie R. Rineer, Lugene R. Adams (Bruce), and Roger L. Beam; brother Claude Imhoff; 5 grandchildren: Scott, Zachary, Brandon, Nicole, and Blake; and 4 great-grandchildren: Whitney, Nathan, Brody, and Michael. She was predeceased by siblings Valera and Nelson.

A service to remember Gladys will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 10 AM at Spacht-Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 127 S. Broad St, Lititz, PA 17543. The family will receive guests beginning at 9 AM. Interment will follow at Center Church Union Cemetery, East Earl, PA.
