Geraldine G. Smith, 77, passed away August 18, 2013 at Pleasant View Retirement Community in Manheim. She was the wife of the late Jay W. Smith, who passed away in 2007. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Elnora Showers Witman. Geraldine had worked in the guidance office at Manheim Central High School as a secretary. Following this, she worked at the Fulton Bank in Manheim as a teller. She had been a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Manheim. Geraldine is survived by her son, Timothy J. Smith of Manheim. Friends will be received on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 1:30-2PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA, with the Memorial Service to follow at 2PM, the Rev. Russell Stahley officiating.
