George M. Dobson, "Florida Mike", of Brownstown, PA passed away on August 12, 2019. Born in Hialeah, FL, he was the son of the late Bill and Juanita Dobson. Mike worked as a self-employed drywall contractor. He was an enthusiast of life with an adventurous spirit. Mike enjoyed riding motorcycle with his friends, spending time with his grandchildren, attending concerts, and traveling with his wife.

Mike is preceded in death by his father and mother, Bill and Juanita Dobson, Uncle Allen Moon, and his great niece, Alexa Hall. Mike is survived by his wife Faith of Brownstown; his daughter, Kristina Achey and her husband Shane Achey of Lititz; his daughter, Heather Dobson of Lititz; his son, Brian Dobson of Brownstown and future daughter-in-law, Vetzrel Adidala of Leola; his brother, Gary Dobson; two sisters, Patty Dobson-Chavis and Sandy Dobson-Carro of Avon Park, FL; and grandchildren, David, Preston, and Gracelynn Achey, and Peyton Drake.

Mike's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Worship Center , 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. The visitation will be held from 2-3PM with a service to follow at 3PM. His family will greet friends again after the service.
