Gary J. Lawrence, 76, of Lancaster, passed away November 15, 2017. Born in Easton, he was the son of the late Joseph B. and Ethel E. (Law) Lawrence. Gary was the loving husband of Nancy E. (Bewick) Lawrence. Gary was employed with High Associates for eleven years before his illness. Gary faithfully attended Calvary Church. He collected clocks of all kinds, enjoyed NASCAR, was an avid Eagles fan, and loved shopping. More than anything else, Gary cherished the time he spent with his family. In addition to his wife, Gary is survived by two granddaughters, Alizè and Haley, who resided with them; his four children: Megan Varano, wife of Joseph, of Lancaster; Leslie Lawrence, wife of Jesse Crawford, of York; Larry Lawrence, husband of Cassandra, of Old Bridge, NJ; and Tracey Pooser, wife of Lindsay, of Lake Wales, FL. He is also survived by 11 additional grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Diana Lawrence of NJ and Barry Lawrence, of VT. Funeral Services for Gary will be held at 2PM, Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at Charles Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service from 1PM to 2PM. Interment will follow at Landis Valley Cemetery.
