Frederick D. Miller, 61, of Lititz, passed away at his residence on Friday, May 6, 2016.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of E. Jane Martin Davis of Ephrata, and the late Daniel H. Miller.

Fred was a hard and diligent worker, working for the Woodstream Corporation in Lititz for 13 years.

A loving father, he enjoyed spending time with his family and going to the movies with his children. He was known as a serious gardener, and collected coins and Middle Creek patches.

Fred was of Christian faith.

In addition to his mother, Jane, he is survived by his two children: Jesse W. Grube and Nina R. Grube; his siblings: Wesley Miller and Dwight married to Paula Miller, Florence married to Bernard Stemplinger, and Janet Steffy; his stepsister Lynn Peters and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his stepbrother, Tim Davis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial service on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11AM at the Manheim Brethren in Christ Church, 54 North Penryn Rd., Manheim, PA 17545. Friends will be received by Fred's family after the service. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Fred's memory to the Manheim BIC Church at the above address.
