Frederick "Fred" H. Jones, 87, of Lancaster passed away peacefully on March 16, 2023. He was born in Lancaster, PA to the late Fred and Hilda Jones. Fred was the husband of Kathy Morton, of New Providence, PA.

Fred was a truck driver for many years where he was a longtime member of his local Teamsters. Fred loved to relax on his days off by playing Gin Rummy with his loving grandkids.

Anyone who knew Fred, knew that he was a motorcycle enthusiast. Fred was a member of the Welsh Mountaineers Biker club where he was a founding member.

Fred is survived by his wife, Kathy Morton, stepdaughter, Diane Z. Kreider (wife of Steve); grandchildren: Elizabeth (Chance) Grace Cooper, Maria Faith Shannon Kreider and his sister Carolyn.

A celebration of Fred's life will be held at a later date.
