Frank Peter Innacola, 62, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, October 14, 2016 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, surrounded by his loving family. He had fought a courageous battle with multiple myeloma since 2007. Born in Summit, NJ, he was the husband of Nancy M. Hauck-Innacola of Lancaster. They were together 14 years and married for one year in August. He was the son of the late Ralph Carmen and Viola Rose (Colangelo) Innacola. Frank was a man who made everyone feel special and who left an impression on those he met. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, he enjoyed a great wine and loved to travel. An avid runner and biker, he had a great wit that could make anyone laugh. Frank loved Notre Dame football and was a New York sports fan, especially the Yankees and Giants. Frank was a 1975 graduate of F&M College, where he was a member of and an advisor for the Chi Phi Fraternity. He was a member of Conestoga Country Club for over 30 years and was also a board member; he was also a member and board member of the American Heart Association and the Lancaster Heart Foundation for many years. He was also a member of the Moselem Golf Club and the Venice, FL Golf and Country Club. Frank began his banking career in the Reading area with Bank of Pennsylvania and from there went to National Bank of Boyertown which eventually became National Penn Bank. He progressed to Meridian Ban and PNC Bank, then moved to Bank of Lancaster County/Sterling Financial Trust Company where he was a VP in private banking. He transitioned to Susquehanna Bank in the same position which then became BB&T; his last position was as VP Private Advisor in the Wealth Department. Frank had a special interest in working with professional athletes in the sports business division that he created. In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by his children: Sarah Innacola Uczynski and her husband Justin of Reading; Dr. Peter Innacola, Harry Innacola, and Sloane Hauck, all of Lancaster; a grandson, Jaxon Uczynski of Reading; a sister, Susan Britt and her husband Jon of Summit, NJ; 3 nieces: Megan, Elizabeth, and Madison; 4 nephews: Ned, Peter, Connor, and Sean; and his beloved Bichon, Sammy. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM Saturday, October 22, 2016 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E. Delp Rd, Lancaster with the Rev. Daniel F.X. Powell as Celebrant. Friends and family will be received 2 hours prior to the mass at the church. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Kindly omit flowers. Frank's goal was to go into remission, defeat this disease, and beat the life expectancy.
