Anderson, Sally (Darryl) Haddox, Martha (Richard) Brueggemann and Molly (John) Dawson; many nieces and nephews; Frank's beloved in-laws, the family of John and Joan Piontek; many friends; colleagues; and especially dear friends, Mike and Debbie Valentini. Frank was preceded in death by the loss of his sister Jo Ann Rauch of Portland, Oregon. Frank was the President and CEO of Apex Advertising, a company he started over two decades ago, a business he treasured, filled with people that brought him true joy. Frank maintained a zeal for life, fond of golf, wine, travel and laughter with friends. He lived passionately and gave all of himself in every endeavor. Frank was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather.
