Francis M. Ottey, 89, best known as "Eby", passed away on July 28, 2025 at Oak Leaf Manor South. He was born in Sadsburyville, PA, he was the son to the late Elsie Ottey. Eby was married for 66 years to the late Sylvia A. Ottey.

Eby was self taught on the drums and guitar. He loved music of all kinds and played in many bands throughout the years. He also had a passion for all different kinds of Art including paint and woodworking.

Eby is survived by his children, Sharon Purser, Shelly (Dane) Koppehele, and Jon (Dana) Ottey; his grandchildren, Jarryd (Ashley), Lauren (Matthew), Megan (Matthew), Jack, Mitchell, Sophie, and Garrett; and his great-grandchildren, Natalie, Logan, Carter, Bridget, Rylee, and Dylan.

Eby was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia A. Ottey.

A Memorial Service for both Sylvia & Francis will be held at 11AM on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the Charles F. Snyder, III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584.
