Francis X. Ostermeier, 83, of Lancaster, passed away on March 11, 2019 at Masonic Village. Born in Columbia, PA, he was the son of the late Xavier & Kreszenz Ostermeier. Fran was the loving husband of 59 years to Felicia (Fawber) Ostermeier.

Fran served as a military police officer in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Fran retired from Armstrong. He was a firefighter for 63 years with the Lafayette Fire Company. He was a 20-year member of the Mid Atlantic Air Museum. Fran & Felicia traveled the world together.

Surviving is his wife, Felicia; 2 siblings: Trudy Nauman & John Ostermeier; and more family that live in Germany.

Family & friends will be received from 10-11 AM with a Masonic Ceremony at 11 AM on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Fran will be laid to rest at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
