Frances B. Zelenski, 83, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Tuesday evening, July 17, 2018. She was the wife of Joseph A. Zelenski of Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rosa Bowman Stoeckl. Frances had worked for the RCA Corporation in Lancaster for many years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved to play pinochle, enjoyed golfing and needlepoint. Her greatest treasure was her family, whom she loved very much. Frances is survived by her daughters: Bette Jo married to Andrew Spaziani of Allentown, NJ and Cindy married to Craig Sams of Pendleton, NY; her 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, her brother William Stoeckl of Lancaster, and her sisters, Rosalind Fulmer of New Providence, and Theresa Stoeckl of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Stoeckl, Jr. Friends will be received on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 10:30-11:30AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 440 St. Joseph St., Lancaster, PA, with the Mass to follow at 11:30AM. Interment to follow in St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery.
