Floyd M. Shreiner, 90, of Ephrata, passed away at Ephrata Manor, Wednesday, July 4, 2018. Born in New Holland, Floyd was the son of the late Phares and Florence (Myers) Shreiner. He was the loving husband of Kathryn (Harry) Shreiner, with whom he celebrated over 70 years of marriage. Floyd worked for Harry's Furniture, Leola, for many years. He was a member of Bible Fellowship Church of Ephrata. Floyd was a true outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and gardening. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Kathryn, Floyd is survived by his children: Leonard Shreiner, husband of Kathy, of Leola; Barbara Mumma, wife of Donald, of Stevens; Clifford Shreiner, husband of Melissa, of Worthington, MN; Tina Yorgey, wife of Merrill, of Lititz; and Trudy Townsend, of Ephrata; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lloyd (a twin); Phares, Sam, Elmer, and Paul; and his sister Alta. Funeral services for Floyd will be private and at the convenience of the family.
