Florence Lynam, 82, of Lancaster, passed away, Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at Mennonite Home. Born in Manhattan, New York she was the daughter of the late William and Florence (Rueck) Kuhne. Florence was the wife of James M. Lynam with whom she celebrated 60 years of marriage this past January 11 ^th .

Florence was employed by James M. Lynam as an Insurance Broker

Surviving in addition to her husband James are 2 sons; James P. Lynam of Barrington, IL, and William  Lynam of Bronx, NY, 3 daughters; Kathleen Carrado of Stony Brook, NY, Teresa Guitierriz of Las Vegas, NV, and Patricia Mujica of Magnolia, DE, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a sister; Gloria Bubenhimer of East Rockaway, NY. She was preceded in death by a sister; Lorraine Aiello.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 27, 2008 at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church 2427 Marietta Ave Lancaster 17601 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Peter Hahn as celebrant. Family and Friends will be received before the service from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be January 5 2009 at 11 a.m. at Arlington National Cemetery.
