Florence Jane Adams, age 81, peacefully passed away on May 30, 2024. Born in Oxford, PA., Jane was the daughter of the late Frank and Edna (Adams) Richardson and the wife of the late Carl J. Adams.

Jane will be lovingly remembered through her work in the cabinetry industry. She was a dedicated employee of Oxford Cabinetry, where she excelled in the finishing department as a sander. Her craftsmanship left a lasting impression on everyone. Outside of work, Jane found joy in quilting, creating beautiful Nana blankets for her beloved grandchildren. Her passion for vegetable gardening and canning filled her days, but her heart was fullest when surrounded by her grandchildren.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Sandie Griffitts (wife of Gene), 16 treasured grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jane is preceded in death by her children: Charles Adams, Betty Adams, Frederick Adams, Dottie Lopez, Robert Cantler and Mary Cantler.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Bachman Snyder Funeral Home, 7 S Decatur St, Strasburg, PA 17579, from 10am to 11am with a service to begin at 11am. Burial to follow at Mechanic Grove Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
