Flora R. Mowrer, 76, of Lititz, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011 at home with her family by her side. Born April 28, 1935 in Conestoga Twp., she was the daughter of the late Clayton L. and Ruth W. Reitzel.

Flora was a long time employee of Herr's Laundry, Rebman's Variety Store, and Weis Market. Flora enjoyed crafts, word puzzles, and her beloved cat and companion Fred. She was a loving, caring hard working mother and will be missed by many.

Surviving are her daughters, LuAnn Guiles-Swonger wife of David L. Swonger of Lititz, and LeAnn Mowrer partner of Marianna Hagen of Dallas, TX. Two grandchildren; Christopher Guiles husband of Tammy Guiles of Lancaster, Nathan Guiles of Lititz, and a great granddaughter, Hailey Paige Guiles of Lancaster, who will dearly miss her Nan. A step-granddaughter Aja Oishi of Albuquerque, NM. A brother, Franklin W. Reitzel husband of Donna of Henderson, NV, and nephews, Creg and Christopher Reitzel and families of Anaheim, CA. She will also be dearly missed by her longtime friend, Weeta Gwinn and childhood friend Leora (Sickman) Johnson.

A gathering to celebrate Flora's life will be held Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Colemanville United Methodist Church 210 Colemanville Church Rd.
