Felix Perez Alvarado, 81, of Lancaster, PA, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2019 at his home. Born in Coamo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Saturnino Perez Ortiz and Antonia Alvarado David. Felix was the loving husband of Herecilda Reyes Santiago.

Felix worked for Filer in Puerto Rico and retired from the Lancaster County Courthouse. He enjoyed listening to music and playing his guitar. He was a member of San Juan Bautista Catholic Church, Eucharist minister and valued all the church activities. Felix adored spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Herecilda, Felix is survived by his children: Felix Perez, Sr., Felix Perez, Jr., Nelson Perez, Adilia Perez, Luis Eduardo Perez (Aidza), Angel Luis Perez (Nyree) and Wilberto Perez; Leida Iris Perez, Glenda Liz Torres, wife of Luis, and Felix Angel Perez. 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Teofilo Perez Alvarado (Juanita); and nephews: Teofilo Perez Alvarado, Jr. and Samuel Perez.

Felix was preceded in death by mother, Antonia Alvarado David and son, Jose Angel Perez.

Friends will be received from 9-10 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10 AM on Friday, July 26, 2019 at San Juan Bautista Catholic Church, 425 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602 with Rev. Allen Wolfe as Celebrant.
