Fay Follett Kramer passed away Friday October 24, 2025, at the age of ninety-two. Fay was born in Pottsville, PA to the late Ruth and Walter J. Follett. She was the wife of 63 years to the late Harold Kramer.

Fay graduated from Millersville State Teachers College in 1962 after which she began her teaching career at Penn Manor Jr.-Sr. High School. In January 1970 she became a member of the Educational Foundations Department at Millerville University where she remained until her retirement in May 2000.

A true historian, Fay served on the charter board of the Historical Preservation Trust of Lancaster and the board of Lancaster County Historical Society and volunteered her time at various other organizations within the Millersville's Community.

Fay was an avid baseball fan, attending and following the games and careers of the Philadelphia Phillies. In her leisure time she enjoyed gardening and reading. Her and her late husband traveled on over fifty cruises; their most favorite destinations were those within the United Kingdom.

Fay is survived by her son, Bruce, his wife Pamela, and grandsons Alex and Andrew, granddaughter Jolene, and two great granddaughters Harper and Abigal.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of family.
