Evanie E. "Ev" Theodoran, 91, of Willow Valley Retirement Community, Lancaster, PA, formerly of Detroit, MI, passed away peacefully on March 17th, 2018 at Hospice & Community Care, Mt. Joy. Evanie was born in Brookline, MA to the late Vasilos and Marigo (Kakre) Apostolos. Ev was preceded in death by her loving husband, Socrates Theodoran, of 53 years, in 2007. She was an Executive Secretary for Chrysler Corporation, Detroit, MI. Ev moved to Lancaster to be closer to her son, Dr. Chris G. Theodoran and while living in Lancaster she attended the Annunication Greek Orthodox Church. She was a longtime member of Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Westland, MI. Surviving is a son, Dr. Chris G. Theodoran, husband of Anne M., of Lancaster, two grandsons, Thomas C. Theodoran, of Kewadin, MI, and Michael J. Theodoran, husband of Tamara, of Venice, CA. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and James, and two sisters, Angeline and Roxanne. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 23rd at 10:30AM at Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church 36375 Joy Rd, Westland, MI 48185. A visitation at the church will be held from 9:30AM-10:30AM. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery, Franklin, MI. Local funeral services will be private.
